Important Notes for Piano Rental

Rental contracts are for a period of 6 months per term, with a maximum of 2 terms (totaling 1 year). Full rental payment must be made in advance.

1* The rental fee includes round-trip delivery for standard transport.

(If moving the piano to the 2nd floor or higher, an additional fee of 2,500 THB per floor (round-trip) will apply.)

2* It is recommended to tune the piano every 6 months (upon contract renewal) to maintain sound quality and the instrument’s condition.

3* The security deposit will be refunded within approximately 30 days after the contract ends, provided the piano is returned without any damage.

1) A copy of the renter’s National ID card

2) A copy of the renter’s house registration

3) A copy of the house registration for the piano’s location

4) A map of the piano’s location or a screenshot from Google Maps

5) Reference person’s full name, phone number, relationship, and a copy of their ID card or passport

6) A copy of a bank book’s first page showing an account name that matches the renter’s name

1) A copy of passport

2) A copy of house registration in Thailand or a rental agreement (covering the full rental period)

3) A valid work permit or employment contract

4) A map of the piano’s location or a screenshot from Google Maps

5) Reference person’s full name, phone number, relationship, and a copy of their ID card or passport

6) A copy of a bank book’s first page showing an account name that matches the renter’s name
